Biography
I am an Australian massage therapist and naturopath with twenty years experience in the alternative health and fitness industry.
After training as a medic in the Australian army, I achieved my Diploma in Applied Science (Naturopathy) andDiploma of Remedial Therapies from the Academy of Natural Therapies, Gold Coast, Queensland. I have worked with professional football and rugby teams and I've run a sports clinic in the exclusive Alpine ski resort of Courchevel 1850, France.
I have recently returned from Sydney where I was working with the ex-Wallabies physio in a private practice.Through my dual passion for snowboarding and triathlons I understand the needs and demands of the dedicated athlete who pushes his or her body to the limits. I know that success can only be achieved through a combination of hard work and specialist treatment.
I will work with you and The MPH Method to enable you to achieve your ultimate goal.
